Bill Ryan
CRS, Associate Broker 

A native of Chandler, Bill entered the real estate business in 1974. He is a member of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors and was their #1 Producer in 2001. Bill is distinguished as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Additionally, Bill has a B.S. from A.S.U. in Real Estate and Finance. He and his wife of 33 years, Sharon, have three not-so-little Ryans: Lisa, Jared and Jeff. In November of 2006, they were blessed with their first grandchildren, twin girls Ryan and Reese, Lisa's daughters.
 

Kerri Wade
Team Manager 

Kerri began her real estate career upon moving to the valley from Boise, Idaho in 1982. Her background includes real estate office management, sales and marketing, and she is a Past President of the Southeast Valley Regional Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS. Kerri is responsible for overseeing the listing and contract coordination efforts, team marketing, agent mentoring and client care systems.
 

Abby Sieling
Transaction Coordinator 

Abby joined the team in early 2003 while still a senior at Chandler High School. Due to her sunny personality, she was offered a full time position after she graduated! Abby is responsible for processing new contracts and tracking activities throughout the escrow process.
 

Missy Spoon
Listing Coordinator 

Missy is a native of Chandler and entered the real estate business in 1996. She has been married to her husband, Ron, for 18 years and they have two children, Ronny (12) and Reanna (7). Missy handles the team’s listings, from entering them into MLS to producing the marketing pieces on each property.
 

Marie Nowicki
Listing and Buying Specialist.  

Marie has lived in many parts of the country and decided to lay down roots in Arizona and join the Ryan Team as a Buyer’s Specialist in 1996. She holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and is versatile in working in the entry level to the luxury home markets and their buyers. Marie and her husband and twin sons live in Gilbert.
 

Kathy Ebiner
Listing and Buying Specialist 

A veteran of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, Kathy
holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In Arizona for 12 years, Kathy, her husband Jim, son Chase and daughter McKenna live in South Chandler.
 

Lisa Ryan
Listing and Buying Specialist 

Lisa Ryan graduated from ASU in 2001 with a degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. Bill’s oldest child, and only daughter, recently moved back to the valley from San Diego and joined The Ryan Team. In San Diego, Lisa had a successful career in magazine advertising sales and conference/event planning. She currently lives in Clemente Ranch and enjoys running, yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
 

Sheryl Lage
Buyer’s Specialist.  

An experienced entrepreneur, Sheryl comes from the retail business where she owned her own store. She is now applying her many years of exceptional customer service to the real estate industry. Sheryl enjoys the outdoors of Arizona with her family, camping, hiking and boating.
 

Mitch Tabor
Buyer’s Specialist, CRS 

Mitchell W. Tabor, native of Oklahoma by birth, born-again Native of Arizona by choice! Mitch is an avid sports lover and self-professed “Golf-A-Holic”! He and his wife Coy, and sons Kyle and Ryan live in Gilbert.
 

Cory Whyte
Buyer’s Specialist 

Cory recently relocated from San Diego to Chandler. In San Diego, Cory was a licensed contractor for the last five years, and is excited to use his knowledge of the housing industry in the Arizona real estate market. Cory is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing and coaching soccer, as well as running, and biking.
 

Neica Adkins
Property Management Coordinator 

Neica joined our management group in 1998 followed by a long career in property management. She is responsible for client and customer relations such as coordination of rental repairs, lease enforcement and collection of monthly rental payments.
