A native of Chandler, Bill entered the real estate business in 1974. Bill is distinguished as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Additionally, Bill has a B.S. from Arizona State University in Real Estate and Finance. He and his wife of 37 years, Sharon, have three not-so-little Ryans: Lisa, Jared and Jeff. In November of 2006, they were blessed with their first grandchildren, twin girls Ryan and Reese, Cory and Lisa's daughters. In 2010, baby boy Ryder came along to try to whip those girls into shape. (Good luck Ryder.) Bill and Sharon's son Jared and his partner, Jessica, blessed their family with baby boy Will in 2010 as well. Middle son Jeff is the happy bachelor. Bill is so proud to have Cory and Lisa and Jess on his team, and his son Jeff is also now in what is becoming the family business!
Kerri began her real estate career upon moving to the valley from Boise, Idaho in 1982. Her background includes real estate office management, sales and marketing, and she is a Past President of the Southeast Valley Regional Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS. Kerri is responsible for the escrow management, team marketing, agent mentoring and client care systems. Now working from her home in Idaho, Kerri is also responsible for the internet marketing and web sites. When not working, Kerri's passion is dogs. Her collie, Sookie, is in training to become a Pet Therapy animal and Kerri volunteers with various pet rescue groups throughout the western states.
Missy is a native of Chandler and entered the real estate business in 1996. She has been married to her husband, Ron, for more than 20 years and they have two children, Ronny and Reanna. Missy handles the team's listings, from entering them into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to taking photographs and virtual tours for the many marketing pieces that the team creates.
Lisa Ryan Whyte graduated from ASU in 2001 with a degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. Bill's oldest child, and only daughter, moved back to the valley from San Diego and joined The Ryan Team. In San Diego, Lisa had a successful career in magazine advertising sales and conference/event planning. She and her husband Cory live in Chandler with their twin daughters, Reese and Ryan. She enjoys running, yoga and spending time with her family and friends.

Mitch is coming up on 10 years of real estate experience and has extensive training in REOs, short sales, and distressed properties. Mitch is a father of two sons and an avid sports fan that will watch ANY sport!
Alita Kalgaard Alita has been selling residential real estate since 2001. Prior to real estate, she owned and operated a retail and service business in Northern California for 22 years. Alita attended Solano Community College, Suisun, CA, majoring in business. She lived in Oregon, Washington, California, Mexico and Maine before deciding to make her permanent home in Arizona. Alita has earned several professional designations and believes that education is important. "Alita Listens" is her tag line which sets her apart. She has two children and five grandchildren (one currently in the US ARMY). Helping people pursue their dreams, or solve problems is her goal. “My clients become friends, and friends become clients.”
Cathy Carter Cathy has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years in the Arizona market. She has the ability and confidence along with continued education that is in constant need and is very necessary to succeed in this ever-changing market. Cathy specializes in difficult to move properties in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and is quick to respond to the needs of her clients. Additionally, she is Equator Certified Platinum for bank owned and short sale homes.
Jessica Bays Jessica and her family moved to Chandler in 2010 from her home town of San Diego. She graduated from USD in 2002 and then went on to graduate school for her teaching credential from SDSU. Jessica has traveled throughout Mexico, Costa Rica and Ecuador, where she learned to love the different cultures and speak Spanish. Besides chasing her toddler around, and spending time with her family, she most enjoys playing volleyball and softball. Jessica is excited to be a part of RE/MAX Infinity's Ryan Team, and especially loves helping buyers find their perfect home.
Neica joined our management group in 1998 followed by a long career in property management. She is responsible for client and customer relations such as coordination of rental repairs, lease enforcement and collection of monthly rental payments.
Lila Shell Lila has been working on and off with Bill’s Property Management Department since 1995. She is in charge of all the accounting aspects of the management division. Lila is an Arizona native, born and raised in Phoenix. She is married with four children and two grandchildren.
MICHELLE CAREY Michelle joined the team in early 2010 after moving to Chandler from Northern California. She is relatively new to real estate, but has caught on quickly! Michelle handles the processing of our short sales and sends weekly updates to all parties involved. She enjoys spending time with friends and family.
