Bill Ryan
CRS, Associate Broker 

A native of Chandler, Bill entered the real estate business in 1974. He is a member of the Southeast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS and was their #1 Producer in 2001. Bill is distinguished as a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute). Additionally, Bill has a B.S. from A.S.U. in Real Estate and Finance. He and his wife of 33 years, Sharon, have three not-so-little Ryans: Lisa, Jared and Jeff. In November of 2006, they were blessed with their first grandchildren, twin girls Ryan and Reese, Cory and Lisa's daughters. In 2010, baby boy Ryder came along to try to whip those girls into shape. (Good luck Ryder.) Bill and Sharon's son Jared and his partner, Jessica, blessed their family with baby boy Will in 2010 as well.
 

Kerri Wade
Team Manager 

Kerri began her real estate career upon moving to the valley from Boise, Idaho in 1982. Her background includes real estate office management, sales and marketing, and she is a Past President of the Southeast Valley Regional Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS. Kerri is responsible for the escrow management, team marketing, agent mentoring and client care systems. Now working from her home in Idaho, Kerri is also responsible for the internet marketing and web sites.
 

Missy Spoon
Listing Coordinator 

Missy is a native of Chandler and entered the real estate business in 1996. She has been married to her husband, Ron, for more than 20 years and they have two children, Ronny and Reanna. Missy handles the team's listings, from entering them into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to taking photographs and virtual tours for the many marketing pieces that the team creates.
 

Lisa Ryan Whyte
Listing and Buying Specialist 

Lisa Ryan Whyte graduated from ASU in 2001 with a degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. Bill's oldest child, and only daughter, moved back to the valley from San Diego and joined The Ryan Team. In San Diego, Lisa had a successful career in magazine advertising sales and conference/event planning. She and her husband Cory live in Chandler with their twin daughters, Reese and Ryan. She enjoys running, yoga and spending time with her family and friends.
 

Mitch Tabor
Buyer's Specialist, CRS 

Mitchell W. Tabor, native of Oklahoma by birth, born-again Native of Arizona by choice! Mitch is an avid sports lover and self-professed "Golf-A-Holic"! He and his wife Coy, and sons Kyle and Ryan live in Gilbert.
 

Cory Whyte, CDPE 

Cory Whyte is originally from San Diego with a background that includes being a licensed contractor as well as a business owner. He has successfully parlayed his skills from these industries to have an outstanding career in the Arizona real estate market. Cory is married to Lisa Ryan Whyte and they have beautiful twin daughters, Reese and Ryan, and son Ryder. Cory is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, tennis, and running.
 

Alita Kalgaard, CIAS, GRI, ABR, CDPE, CNE, ePRO 

Alita has been selling residential real estate since 2001. Prior to real estate, she owned and managed a retail and service business in Northern California. She lived in Oregon, Washington, California, Maine and Mexico before deciding to make her permanent home in Arizona. Alita has earned several professional designations and believes that education is important. "Alita Listens" is her tag line and what she feels really sets her apart. 

Cathy Carter 

Cathy has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years in the Arizona market. She has the ability and confidence along with continued education that is in constant need and is very necessary to succeed in this ever-changing market. Cathy specializes in difficult to move properties in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and is quick to respond to the needs of her clients. Additionally, she is Equator Certified Platinum for bank owned and short sale homes. 

Jessica Bays 

Jessica and her family moved to Chandler in 2010 from her home town of San Diego. She graduated from USD in 2002 and then went on to graduate school for her teaching credential from SDSU. Jessica has traveled throughout Mexico, Costa Rica and Ecuador, where she learned to love the different cultures and speak Spanish. Besides chasing her toddler around, and spending time with her family, she most enjoys playing volleyball and softball. Jessica is excited to be a part of RE/MAX Infinity's Ryan Team, and especially loves helping buyers find their perfect home.
 

Neica Adkins
Property Management Coordinator 

Neica joined our management group in 1998 followed by a long career in property management. She is responsible for client and customer relations such as coordination of rental repairs, lease enforcement and collection of monthly rental payments.
 

Lila Shell
Property Management Assistant 

Lila has been with The Ryan Team off and on for more than 10 years and works with Neica in the Property Management office. Lila and her husband Chad live in Chandler with their children.
